What it does
Every page explains one thing, and none of them is a brochure.
How a person answers, what the agent promises them, what happens to a complaint, how a study is reported, and where the data lives. Each page explains one of those in full — including the parts that are finished but not switched on yet.

- Speaking, typing, or looking at something first. A study that allows voice always allows writing.
- What we promise
- Consent before recording, a complaint that gets a number and a clock, and a report that opens with its own limits.
- What state it is in
- Every page says plainly whether it runs today or is coming soon.
Everything here runs in studies today, except where a card is marked “Coming soon”. Those are the ones we are building next. We name what is coming, not when — a date we have not earned is a promise we would rather not make.
