Privacy Policy

1. About this Policy
WTN.LIVE ("WTN", "we", "us") is operated by xAverage Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, India. This Policy explains, in plain terms, what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the services we provide. We aim to keep it broad and durable so it remains accurate as our products and tools evolve; where a specific service has additional terms, those are provided with that service.
2. Our role
For our own website and business contacts, we determine how information is handled. For survey programmes, we act on the instructions of the business that commissions the study; that business is responsible for the lawful basis and notices for the people it invites. We provide the technology and process information on their behalf.
3. Information we handle
- Information you give us:
- Details you choose to submit — for example through our waitlist, enquiry or contact forms, or in correspondence (such as your name, organisation, email, phone number and the message or use-case you describe). We use this to respond to you and to provide the services you request.
- Survey information:
- Where a business invites people to a survey, responses are collected and processed on that business’s behalf, with the participant’s consent obtained before any session. Voice input is converted to text for analysis; recordings are retained only for the limited, configured period and then deleted. Participants can decline or opt out at any time.
- Usage & analytics information:
- We measure how our website and services are used so we can improve them. This covers, among other things, page and product performance, feature usage, preferences and choices, ease of use, broad and aggregated audience and demographic trends, and overall business performance. This analysis is aggregated and is not used to identify, profile or track individual people. We may add or change the specific signals and tools we use for this purpose over time, always for the purposes described here.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide early access, services and support you request
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and services
- To deliver survey programmes and provide aggregated, structured insights to the commissioning business
- To understand performance, usability and aggregate trends, and to plan our products and business
- To meet legal, regulatory, security and fraud-prevention obligations
5. Your choices & analytics
Analytics are subject to your consent, which you can give or decline using the banner shown on your first visit and change at any time by clearing your site settings. If you decline, we do not load optional analytics. We do not sell personal data, and our analytics are designed to measure aggregate usage and performance — not to identify or follow individual visitors.
6. Sharing & disclosure
We share information with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations and only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental or law-enforcement request, and to protect the rights, safety, property and security of WTN, our users and the public. We share information with law enforcement and competent authorities as required under the laws of India and the applicable state.
7. Security & retention
We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption of personal data at rest and strict access controls; personal data is not included in the aggregated insights shared with commissioning businesses. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, for the duration of the relevant relationship or contract, and to meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. For survey information processed on a business’s behalf, we will direct your request to that business or assist them in responding. To make a request, contact us at the address below. query@xaverage.com.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children except where a survey is lawfully conducted with verifiable parental or guardian consent obtained by the commissioning business.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy. Questions or requests can be sent to query@xaverage.com.
